Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All local orders are charged a flat fee of 200 Rs. For International orders please contact us on Facebook/ Insta or whatsapp number.

How long would it take for a package to be delivered?

We have partnered up with logistics companies for our products, we have a dedicated team that looks into the shipping matters with the logistics team. As we are based in Karachi, Packages within city should arrive within 24-48 hours, For out of city you should receive your products within 3-4 days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We confirm from customers about their order before dispatching the articles. So after you have placed an order over website, you should get an email from us and also expect a phone call for confirmation

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should receive an E-invoice on your registered email address.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We try our best that our customers get the right products that they have ordered but incase if wrong product is dispatched by mistake feel free to message us on WhatsApp/ Facebook or Instagram and we shall make it right for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once place, orders can not be cancelled so please make sure you order the right product. If by mistake you placed the wrong order, please give us a call right away and we will correct it for you.

Return or Exchange Policy?

We only accept returns incase the product is defected, however if you would like to exchange the product because of sizing or any other issue, we can exchange it within 7 working days otherwise your parcel wont be accepted after that. Feel free to contact us on our social media handles or WhatsApp.
